The RIDGID 468-S (83145) Hinged Pipe Cutter for Steel Pipe, 6″–8″ (150–200 mm) is designed for rapid cutting of steel pipe. It operates with minimal cutter rotation in tight quarters and is equipped with a second handle that makes two-man leverage possible for large pipe sizes. 360 rotation is not required due to the cutter having 4 wheels.
