At Ramirent, quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do – they guide our decisions and are visible in every customer encounter. Our certified management system ensures that our services meet international standards and create a safe working environment for all.
Ramirent has a certified management system covering quality (ISO 9001), safety (ISO 45001) and environment (ISO 14001). Ongoing audits and inspections ensure that we comply with internationally recognised best practice standards and consistently deliver high quality, sustainable solutions to our customers and stakeholders. This confirms to our customers and other stakeholders that Ramirent strives for high quality in line with internationally recognised best practice.
Goal Zero – aiming for zero accidents
At Ramirent, safety is the starting point for everything. We work hard to ensure safety at work, and this work puts us in a class of our own when it comes to workplace safety.
Security, together with our core values, is the foundation of our strategy. We aim to provide an accident-free and psychologically safe working environment in all the activities in which we are involved. The nature of our activities exposes us to a wide range of safety risks – that’s why we assess, plan and carry out our work in such a way that we do not cause harm to people or the environment, and are ready to react if something goes wrong.
We aim to improve safety by focusing on the two areas where the safety risks associated with our operations are greatest: personal safety and transport safety.
We are continuing a multi-year process to develop our safety culture. This includes establishing consistent practices and adopting the principles of continuous improvement. This approach is continuously updated to all employees and contractors. We encourage all Ramirent employees and stakeholders to embrace the practice of continuous improvement, which means believing that we can always improve, develop individual capabilities, learn from mistakes and successes, and speak freely without consequence.
Training
We provide continuous training for our own staff as well as a range of safety training courses for our customers. Our RamiPro trainings improve safety from a productivity perspective: with competent and trained staff, safety at work is improved and work efficiency increases.
