As our customer, you will have access to high-quality construction machinery and services offered by our extensive rental network. Our professional staff will help you find the best solution for your needs for both small and larger projects.

You can make your transactions easier and faster by opening an account in advance. As an account customer, you can pay for your equipment rental by invoice or card.

RamiSmart allows you to conveniently make rentals, returns and service requests online 24/7. In the portal, you can also manage access rights for your company. If you would like to use RamiSmart, please contact us using the form found here.

Opening an account is easy

You can submit an account application for a new customer either by signing the online form with your online banking credentials or by printing out the pdf form. We require all our customers to open an account.

Fill in and send the electronic account application or print, fill in and deliver the pdf account application to a customer center, or fill in the pdf account application and send it to us by email.

Processing of the application

We will process your application as quickly as possible. We always check the credit information of our new customers when creating a customer relationship.

Start renting

You will receive a notification that your account application has been approved, after which you can rent equipment from all our customer centers around Finland.

If for some reason you cannot use the electronic account application, you can also use a printable version. To open it, you need Adobe Acrobat. Send a completed account application by email uusiasiakas@ramirent.fi or deliver it to the nearest customer center.

Frequently asked questions

Our rental prices are prices per day and the first day starts from pick-up and lasts until 9 am the following morning. If you return the product the following morning by 9 am, we charge one day.

You can call our stores directly or you can make your order at our customer service number +358 800 171 414. We’re happy to help!

You can check the availability of a product from a store by calling or sending email. You can also contact our customer service. They will forward your request to the store for you.

You can extend the rental period either by calling the store where you rented the equipment, or you can call our customer service directly at +358 800 171 414.

Yes, you can also rent machinery and equipment from us as a private person. Read more on the Become a customer page.

You don’t need to book a product in advance, please, just notice that the facilities have a limited selection available. This means that if the device is rented by another person, you won’t be able to rent it at that point from that specific store.

You can check the availability of a product from a store by calling or sending email. You can also contact our customer service. They will forward your request to the store for you.

You can also order machinery and equipment by email. You can send the order to asiakaspalvelu@ramirent.fi.

Please, give the following information: 

  • Your company name (or your private name)
  • Reference number or case number
  • Address of the worksite where the equipment will be used
  • Name and telephone number
  • Name and telephone number of the recipient, if applicable
  • Products to be ordered and their amounts
  • When you need the equipment and approximately for how long (e.g. two weeks).

The prices of our products are always per day. This means that the hourly rent price is the same as for one day.

It’s a good idea to make your order as early as possible, five days in advance the latest. This way we can guarantee that you get the product on time.

You can pay the rental fee by bank card or credit card. Alternatively, (if you have a billing account with us) you can pay by invoice that we deliver to your address.

Smaller equipment that you can rent from our stores can be paid directly with a bank card or credit card. Please, notice that cash payment is not possible.

Customers with a billing account with credit at Ramirent get a paper or electronic invoice for their rentals.

Renting larger construction machinery and machinery that is delivered to worksite always requires a billing account with credit.

Our stores don’t accept cash payments. You need to use a bank card or credit card.

If necessary, we provide instructions when you rent equipment from us. If you need instructions, please, remember to let us know so we don’t assume you can use it independently.

We provide transportation services. You can order the equipment directly to your worksite at a certain time.

It’s good to order the transportation about one day before the delivery date.

There’s a time frame of around two hours for the delivery. Please, notice that the transportation service requires a billing account with credit. If you don’t have one yet, you can find the form easily on Ramirent’s website.

Please notice that the prices are per direction (i.e. either delivery or pick-up).

Small machinery and equipment can also be returned to another store than where you originally rented it. Please, always discuss this in advance so that we can give you case-by-case advice.

The products should be returned when the store is open. Please, notice that if you return the product before 9 am the following morning, the rental period ends on the day before and you do not have to pay for an extra day.
