The trailer is made of durable S355 structural steel. It has 40 cm high galvanized steel sides made of 2 mm folded steel sheet. The bed bottom is a 12 mm weather-resistant, single-piece plywood with a wire surface. Inside, there are 8 bolt-mounted tie-down rings. The front and rear sides are reinforced with 15 mm plywood and have reinforced hinges. The trailer features a hot-dip galvanized 750 kg axle, waterproof wheel bearings, and 165 x 13 tires on steel rims. LED front marker lights and traditional rear lights ensure visibility. The sturdy hot-dip galvanized steel tube drawbar has a material thickness of 3 mm.
