Welcome as our customer
We have approved your account application and you can now rent from us. All our customer centers around the country will serve you just as well.
Your customer number is the number series you can find in the sent email in Finnish. The credit limit granted to your company is also mentioned in the message. If your company needs a higher credit limit, please contact our credit control department: ar.finland@ramirent.com.

Our customer portal makes your life easier
As our customer you can our digital customer portal – to manage your rental fleet, make pick-up and service requests, and set up things like condition monitoring or working time tracking. Through the customer portal, you can order and return equipment around the clock.
You can get login credentials for the portal from our customer service, by calling +358 800 171 414, or per email asiakaspalvelu@ramirent.fi.
Using the customer portal
The customer portal works in a browser on your computer and on your mobile device. You can find the login button in the top right-hand corner of our website. Language options are Finnish and English.

Earn by renting!
RamiClub, our free loyalty programme for SMEs, rewards its members: as a club member, you earn a bonus balance for every rental, and with bonus euros you can make convenient, quality purchases in the club shop. Club members also enjoy special benefits such as a 15% discount on RamiPro training courses, prize draws and dedicated club events.
To join RamiClub, your company must have a Finnish business ID. Applicants for membership must have must have the authority to sign on behalf of the company. Communication about club matters takes place in Finnish. Please note that the club application and shop are also in Finnish.
